On October 22, 2009 Library Admininstration reassigned certain staff members to different locations. I was sent to the Riverdale Branch Library in the NE part of the county. Has been a great move for me. Staff are super, and patrons are very friendly.
Lots of opportunities to do a variety of tasks.

Training Update
Completed my Reference Training and have been assigned to work the YS Desk and Ref Desk at least one hr. each per week. Have really enjoyed opportunity working with patrons and assisting them in finding what they are seeking, over the last few months.

Play To Learn Experience
What a neat trip! Learned how to set up a blog; how to post things to it: photos, music, videos, etc. Loved the Jib Jab experience: adding heads of my choice to my dancers. Had great fun adding the You Tube video, and the Old Time Radio broadcast to my Podcast.
Have learned so much that I can now use to more fully enjoy the Internet, as well as acquiring skills to use in my job.
